My sales philosophy is rooted in integrity and service. I think it’s related to growing up in the land of ‘sorry’.
Everything I do starts with human to human connection, because businesses are run by people after all.
And because authentic service is the sales approach that has been proven to work over time, every time.

I’ve been helping others develop their skills since I was a kid - starting with teaching my younger brother how to read.
In more recent years I’ve hosted private and public workshops (including a program at the 4As), coached clients individually and in small groups, and shared my sales how-to widely online.
Clients tell me I make complex things simple and selling, ahem, revenue generation, a whole lot less scary.

Anti-Corporate
There are a lot of industries that operate without sales teams.
I like working with creative agencies because well, the people are more interesting.
And because I’ve never thought a black suit was a good look.
